Products are shipped through the USPS. First Class Mail or Priority Mail services will be chosen depending on the weight of the order. You will receive a tracking number once a label is created.
We currently ship to USA addresses only. You can ship to a PO box or residential location. If you have an APO/FPO address you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order.
We do not ship internationally at this time through the website. For international orders you can check EBay or AMAZON for listings.
Unsure which holster to buy for a gift. Avoid a return and get a Gift Certificate.
If you need to return an item, contact us at email@example.com so we can process your request. Handmade custom holsters are a personal item much like an undergarment. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returns.
Buyer will pay shipping costs for the returned item. If you return the holster within 14 days of delivery, your purchase will be refunded less the restocking fee. No questions asked.

If you experience an issue with your holster, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either replace or repair your gear. Please have your original order info available as the warranty applies to the original owner.
